Vietnam is a Southeast Asian country on the South China Sea known for its beaches, rivers, Buddhist pagodas and bustling cities. Hanoi, the capital, pays homage to the nation’s iconic Communist-era leader, Ho Chi Minh, via a huge marble mausoleum. Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) has French colonial landmarks, plus Vietnamese War history museums and the Củ Chi tunnels, used by Viet Cong soldiers.

DAY TO DAY ITINERARY:

DAY 1 (29 JUL, 18): ARRIVAL SAI GON – ONLY DRIVER, NO GUIDE 0815 0925

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. You will be offered a welcome drink and the tour briefings in the hotel lobby. Check into the hotel for refreshments. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

DAY 2 (30 JUL, 18): SAI GON – CU CHI TUNNEL – SAI GON (B) – SIC TOUR 435 SUPERIOR

7:45-8:00 Pick up you at meeting point, start to downtown of Ho Chi Minh for touring along the famous Dong Khoi street , passing by the Opera House, Town Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral & central Post Office and Independent Palace. Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we are heading to Hoc Mon District to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, is 70 kilometers Northwest of down-town Ho Chi Minh City. The Cu Chi Tunnel system had been created long time back, from 1948 to assist Viet Minh in the combat with French.

Back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

DAY 3 (31 JUL, 18): SAI GON –  HA NOI – PICK UP ONLY DRIVER, NO GUIDE 0610 0815

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. You will be offered a welcome drink and the tour briefings in the hotel lobby. Check into the hotel for refreshments. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Around 1630, our driver will pick you up and transfer to meeting point 49 Hai Ba Trung (1715). End of show at meeting point, you will be met our driver and transfer to hotel (Tonkin Show)

Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 4 (01 AUG, 18): HA NOI – HA LONG OVERNIGHT ON BOARD (B/L/D) – SIC 414: IMPERIAL CLASSIC CRUISE 2 DAYS (DELUXE)

07:45 – 08:15: Pick up at your hotel and depart for Ha Long City.

12:30 – On arrival at pier, you will board your Imperial Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by professional and friendly crew. Check into cabin.

13:00 – Enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical Bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water. 15:30 – Discover the magical beauty of nature along side limestone cliffs stretching vertically over pure blue water in tranquil bay. Kayaking time after that

16:30 – Swimming time, this is great chance to relax in water.

19:00 – Enjoy the special dinner cooked by our professional chef.

20:30 – The moment you choose your own way to relax after dinner, listening to music, singing karaoke, relaxing on the sundeck, squid fishing available for entertainment during the night time.

DAY 5 (02 AUG, 18): HA LONG – HA NOI (B/L) SIC 414: IMPERIAL CLASSIC CRUISE 2 DAYS (DELUXE)

06:00 – You can wake up early for taking beautiful photos of sunrise

07:00 – Enjoy your breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits.

08:00 – Visit Surprising Cave – the most beautiful one in Halong Bay.

09:00 – Back to Imperial Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Ha Long Bay, passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination.

10:00 – Cooking class opened right on the cruise.

11:00 – Farewell Lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.

12:30 – Get on the bus to Hanoi.

17:00 – Transfer you back to your hotel.

DAY 6 (03 AUG, 18): HA NOI CITY TOUR (B) – SIC TOUR 352 DELUXE

AM: 7.45 – 8.15: Free pick up at your hotel. Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam).Then visit Bat Trang pottery village (applied on Mon, Wed & Fri). Lunch at local restaurant.

PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum (apply on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat), the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 –  it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. At the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration. Tour ends around 15h30 – 16h00.

 

DAY 7 (04 AUG, 18): HA NOI – DEPARTURE – 1215 1630

After breakfast free on own leisure till time to pick up at hotel for transferring to your next destination. Tour ends here.
